The colour palette consisting of nude pinks, pastel blues and yellows and purples devises a house style which is directly recognisable as GLAMOUR's. These colours coalesce with the main article regarding 'crystals' to devise a superstitious tone which appeals to the youthful audience of GLAMOUR as they're likely to believe in the changing abilities that the crystals supposedly withhold. The colour purple utilised in the backdrop of the second image in the row of four at the bottom of the website page connotes royalty and sophistication which combines with the bubbly yet formal attire that the model is wearing within the image. The masthead is bold, sans serif which makes it easily readable and recognisable to their target audience; the drop-down menus are also presented in sans serif typography. Additionally, the cover lines and sell lines of the articles featured on the website are featured in a serif typography which creates a balance between the sophistication of the website and the institution of GLAMOUR and the adolescence of the articles and the colour choices.
