The subject specific lexis "carnivore", "military" and "muscle" accentuates the ultimate masculinity of the institution of MensHealth which is echoed through their website. The use of determiners such as "the" in reference to "carnivore diets" and "next big thing in British boxing" intimates the magazine's tendency to celebrate the achievements of men and their opportunities for continued success in terms of sticking to a proven diet which aids the build of muscle and the improvement of health. The modal verb "can" is used in reference to completing the "military-grade bodyweight workout" which acts as a prompt for the men viewing the website to complete this workout to achieve a sense of fulfilment in terms of their health and body shape. The alliterative statement "British boxing" appeals to the target audience of MensHealth as they're a British magazine and institution and the verbal present participle "boxing" relates back to the sole purpose of the website: to promote the health, wellbeing and nutrition of young men; this devises easy reading for their target audience as well. The use of symobolic language "+" and "500-rep" and "3 days" act as abbreviations and succinct language which immediately communicates the purpose of each article to the reader to save their time as they are using the website as a simplistic guide and tool to seek health and body shape advice and help which is being successfully achieved. Conclusively, the sell lines, cover lines and incentives are of a low lexical density which allows for this easy reading material to serve its purpose.
