The online format of VOGUE magazine mirrors that of the printed versions. The simplistic yet sophisticated layout allows for easy access around their website, meaning readers can find their way to the website's qualitative reading material and other assets without confusion, ensuring the high-class status VOGUE withhold is maintained rather than obstructed. For example, the drop-down menus and buttons at the top of the website and presented in the form of a column alongside the website lead readers directly to the information/journalism/content they're searching for: the button titled 'FASHION' reveals reading material centred around contemporary fashion issues, fashion news, unconventional fashion statements and the best-dressed people etcetera. Just this one button leads to another drop-down menu with the option to press more buttons which represents the inter-connectivity of the website. This is furthered by the four small icons above the main image of Claire Foy where the logos of Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook and the option to email VOGUE are situated. The gazed look of concentration upon Foy's face corresponds with the house style and ethos of VOGUE and insinuates that the story regarding her will convey a serious matter; serving as an incentive for their target audience. The utilisation of colour throughout the website is white and black which devise a complimentary stark contrast and the colour palette draws a parallel with the classiness of the magazine.
