Rosie's Costume:

I’ve decided to dress my model in light denim dungarees as they represent casualness and create a youthful tone which directly links to my target audience of sixteen to twenty-five-year-olds. This will entice the readers of the magazine to take inspiration from the outfits within the magazine and reciprocate similar outfits which mirror their young age and what’s currently fashionable; ultimately creating a sophisticated and relaxed vibe which will perpetuate throughout the magazine cover, contents page and the copy within the magazine.
I’ve decided to further dress my model in a cropped yellow faux leather jacket to compliment the dungarees. The light blue and vibrant yellow correspond to ensue the relaxed and sophisticated tone I wish to create and will determine the colour palette that will be used for the sell lines, cover lines and incentives decorating my magazine front cover whereby different shades of purple, pink, blue and deep oranges will be incorporated to compliment the model’s attire.
I’ve decided to feature my model in light pink Reebok shoes to devise a subtly sporty tone which directs a nod to current fashions whereby trainers can correlate with any outfit. This will directly relate to the target audience of my magazine who are youthful and are very likely to already be wearing trainers with most outfits or it will serve as inspiration for the readers to begin integrating this fashion statement into their attire. The pink draws a parallel with the yellow jacket and light blue dungarees to evoke a pastel-coloured vibe which will allow opportunity for different colours to be utilised on the front cover of my magazine during production.

I’ve decided to finalise my model’s outfit with an emerald-green/light-brown encrusted silver ring which will promote the sophistication and youthful tone which will run throughout the magazine. The stark contrast between light pink trainers (connoting an adolescent motif) combines with the silver ring (which connotes classiness) to act as complimentary opposites which represents the fashion statements a teenager/young adult can carry off.
