I decided to present the contents page in this way as it reads clearly and reinforces the house style and front cover of the magazine. For example, the colours integrated were drawn from the backdrops of Rosie's images which creates a further synergy and is therefore aesthetically pleasing; drawing the audience in and urging them to purchase the magazine. The subtle lines separate each sell line and cover line, guiding the reader effortlessly. The straplines and sub-headings 'featured' and 'fashion' also guide the reader. The page numbers also exemplify the guidance of the reader and also evoke that the magazine is professional, well structured and conforms to thew archetypal structure of a contents page.
